❌ If Your Card Is Expired

Most MyGift cards are valid for 5 years from the issue date.

What Happens When It Expires?

  • You can’t use it for purchases
  • Your remaining balance might still be recoverable
  • A replacement card can be issued in some cases

✅ How to Replace an Expired Card

  1. Call 1-877-322-4710
  2. Press the option for “Lost or Expired Card”
  3. Provide:
  • Full name used when registering (if any)
  • Last 4 digits (if available)
  • Original purchase date/store (if known)
  1. Request a replacement or refund

🟡 A replacement fee (around $5.95) may apply.
Funds must still be available on the card.


🛑 If the Card Has $0 Balance, It Cannot Be Replaced.
